SB 553 FAQs

Who must comply with SB 553?
In California, most employers with 10 or more employees must maintain a written Workplace Violence Prevention Plan (WVPP), provide annual training, and keep required records. Limited exemptions apply to very small, non-public worksites.
How do group session certificates work?
